Shipping policy
1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping address.
3. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
4. Delivery Issues We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
5. PO Boxes & Military Addresses Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
